Adoptive
Parents
Swartz Adoption Agency knows and understands just how stressful searching
for a child can be. We, along with our network of doctors, clinics,
counselors, abortion alternative organizations, attorneys, birth parents(s)
and adoptive families, will help you find the child of your dreams.
We even have a birth mother on staff which other birth parent(s) find
extremely helpful and comforting. 
Initially, adoptive families submit portfolios of themselves that birth
parent(s), if they wish, will view. Birth parent(s) may choose a family
from these portfolios. Some birth parent(s) opt not to choose their
adoptive family and the decision is left to the agency. We have a special
system for matching adoptive families with birth parents in situations
such as this. However, the birth parent(s) usually decide to choose
the adoptive parents themselves.
The waiting time will
vary. It depends on how many birth parents are seeking our services
at a given time, the characteristics of the children to be placed and
the number and characteristics of approved waiting families. Infants
are usually placed directly from the hospital.
